1. Introduction

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qusaqus Trading PLC, registered under the laws of Ethiopia. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Qusaqus website and all related services.
"User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

Users must not:
4.1. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
4.2. Violate any applicable Ethiopian laws or regulations
4.3. Harass or harm other users
4.4. Post illegal or prohibited items
4.5. Attempt to circumvent any Platform security measures

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:
5.1. Illegal goods or services under Ethiopian law
5.2. Counterfeit or stolen items
5.3. Weapons and dangerous materials
5.4. Protected wildlife or wildlife products
5.5. Prescription medications and illegal drugs

6. Fees and Payments

6.1. Basic listings are free of charge
6.2. Premium features require payment in Ethiopian Birr
6.3. Payment processing is handled by authorized Ethiopian payment providers
6.4. All fees are non-refundable unless required by Ethiopian law

7. Content Rights

7.1. Users retain ownership of their content
7.2. By posting content, users grant Qusaqus a license to use and display it
7.3. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to post content

8. Liability

8.1. Qusaqus is not responsible for transactions between users
8.2. Users engage in transactions at their own risk
8.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes between users should first be resolved amicably
9.2. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to Ethiopian law
9.3. The courts of Addis Ababa shall have exclusive jurisdiction

10. Termination

10.1. Users may terminate their account at any time
10.2. Qusaqus may terminate accounts for Terms of Use violations
10.3. Termination may occur without prior notice for serious violations

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms
11.2. Users will be notified of significant changes
11.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
