Creating an account on Qusaqus is quick and free. Follow these steps:
- Click the "Register" or "Sign Up" button at the top of any page.
- Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters.
- Verify your email address by clicking the link we send to your inbox.
- Once verified, your account is ready to use. You can start browsing, saving favorites, and posting listings right away.
You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
Posting an ad on Qusaqus is simple and takes just a few minutes:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the "Post Ad" or "Sell" button, usually found at the top of the page.
- Select the most appropriate category for your item or service.
- Fill in the details: title, description, price (in ETB), condition, and location.
- Upload clear, well-lit photos of your item. Ads with good photos get much more attention. You can upload multiple images.
- Choose your preferred contact method (phone, messaging, or both).
- Review your listing and click "Submit" to publish it.
Your ad will be reviewed briefly and typically goes live within minutes. Free accounts can post a limited number of ads per month. Upgrade to a Premium plan for unlimited listings.
Yes, Qusaqus is free to use for basic features. You can:
- Create an account at no cost.
- Browse and search all listings for free.
- Contact sellers without any charges.
- Post a limited number of free ads each month.

There are several ways to contact a seller on Qusaqus:
- Phone: If the seller has included their phone number, you will see a "Show Phone Number" button on the listing. Click it to reveal their number and call or text them directly.
- In-App Messaging: Click the "Send Message" button on any listing to send the seller a message through our built-in messaging system. This keeps your personal contact information private until you are ready to share it.
When contacting a seller, be polite and specific. Mention which listing you are interested in, ask relevant questions, and propose a time and place to meet if you want to see the item in person.
You can manage your listings at any time from your account dashboard:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "My Ads" or "My Listings" in your dashboard.
- Find the listing you want to modify.
- Click "Edit" to update the title, description, price, photos, or other details. Click "Save" when done.
- Click "Delete" to permanently remove the listing. You will be asked to confirm before the ad is deleted.
If your item has been sold, we recommend deleting the listing or marking it as "Sold" so other buyers are not misled.
Safety is essential when transacting with people you have not met before. Here are the key tips:
- Always meet in a public, well-lit place such as a popular shopping area or coffee shop.
- Bring a friend or family member to the meeting.
- Inspect items carefully before paying.
- Never send money in advance to someone you have not met in person.
- Use cash or Telebirr for in-person transactions — only after you have the item.
- Trust your instincts: if something feels off, walk away.

If you come across a listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or violates our rules, please report it immediately:
- Report a Listing: On any listing page, click the "Report" button (usually located near the bottom or side of the ad). Select the reason for your report and add any additional details.
- Report a User: Visit the user's profile and click the "Report User" option. Provide details about the issue.
- Contact Support: Email us at info@qusaqus.com with the listing URL, a description of the problem, and any screenshots or evidence you have.
Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action, which may include removing the listing, warning the user, or suspending their account.
Ads may be rejected or removed for several reasons, including:
- The listing contains prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.).
- The ad includes misleading or false information.
- Photos do not match the item being sold, or stock images were used.
- The listing was posted in the wrong category.
- Duplicate listings for the same item were detected.
- The ad contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
- Contact information in the listing belongs to someone else.
If your ad was removed and you believe it was an error, contact our support team with the details and we will review the decision.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily:
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password."
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link. It may take a few minutes to arrive. Also check your spam folder.
- Click the link and enter your new password. Choose a strong password that you do not use on other websites.
- Log in with your new password.

Upgrading to Premium gives you access to more listings, better visibility, and additional features:
- Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.
- Click on "Upgrade" or "Premium Plans."
- Choose the plan that best suits your needs (Premium 100 or Premium Unlimited).
- Complete the payment using Telebirr, bank transfer, or another accepted payment method.
- Your account will be upgraded immediately after payment is confirmed.
